2. How do you guarantee for the credibility of your employee? Employees who will be involved in the projects should sign confidentiality agreements with UniTesting China. In addition, they need to login to the security system at their workstations.
CONTRACT AGREEMENTS1. What service level agreements do you offer? All the details during the process of the project will be included in our contract.
2. What the result would be if this was over/under estimated? What alternative services can you offer? We will discuss project plan with our customers, and some changes will be made based on contract.
3. How can my interests be protected if I am dissatisfied with the programmer(s)/service/outcome? During the overlap period we will provide you with a suitable replacement.
4. Who possesses the right to the sources and software application resulted from nearshore / offshore outsourcing projects? You own all the rights for the product and the corresponding source code.

STAFF1. How do you ensure the ability of your employee? We recruit employees through strictly examination, several interviews and 3 months probation.
2. What is the structure of the UniTesting China software testing team? It includes Team Manager, Team Leaders and Team Members.
3. How can I hire employee(s) to work on my project? You may hire an individual employee or a combination of employees with different skill sets.
4. Do you have any representatives who can speak fluent English? Yes, there is at least one person in each group who can speak fluent English.
PRICING1. What kind of pricing strategy do you have in place for software testing projects? We offer Fixed Price and Time and Material Price. Please contact us for more details.
Invoice with all details and necessary information will be sent to you from us, and then you would wire your payment to our bank.
All the costs are based on contract.

2. Can I keep contact with the appropriate parties working on our projects? If so can I communicate with them through phone? Sure. We would recommend that you interact primarily with the team leader in order to minimize miscommunications with your team. We are comfortable with communication via phone, email, Skype, MSN or other applications.
3. When can I contact you during all the day? We would prefer that you and we have all official communication between local time 8.30 am and 5.00pm (Beijing Time).
